HOSEA CHAPTER 1

• Prophet instructed to marry a disloyal woman[1:1-2]
• Hosea fathers a son, to be named after the valley of Jezeel: Judgement for the dynasty of Jehu [1:3-5]
• Two more children follow: Loruhamah (a girl) and another boy, Loammi [1:6-8]]
• Both tribes will eventually be rejected [1:9-11]]
