Saturday AfternoonINTRODUCTION Few people in the world pursue spiritual goals however our Christian goals should reflect our faith in the kingdom (Philipians 3:8, 14)? 1. Move where the kingdom need is greater (Acts 16: 9,10) [Bible Reading - Macedonia]This requires much planning (health, - Simplify your live (1 Tim 6:8)
- Strengthen your spirituality
- Do I get along well with members of the congregation - how well do I take direction from the local elders - ho well do I deal with inconveniences - Research
CONCLUSION Acts 16:9 says "And during the night a vision appeared to Paul—a Mac·e·do′ni·an man was standing there urging him and saying: “Step over into Mac·e·do′ni·a and help us.”" Paul was watchful for opportunities to where to preach, may that be true of us.

2. Learn a new Language [Bible Reading - Macedonia](1 Corinthians 9: 22, 23)INTRODUCTION Paul says he became "all things to people of all sorts" "but I do all things for the sake of the good news in order to share it with others" Indeed we cannot share the good news with people if they do not understand us. Thus some have undertaken the job of Learning a new language. What can help us to learn a new language? This will cost much time and energy. Here are some steps that can help you make progress - Learn a simple presentation
- learn 10 or 20 words a week
- read something aloud in the language every day (following an audio)
- endevor to speak the language every day
- don't worry about making mistakes
Psalms 126: 5 says : Those sowing seed with tears, Will reap with a joyful shout.

Saturday Afternoon3. Reach out to be a Ministerial Servant(1 Timothty 3: 12, 13) [Bible Reading - ]INTRODUCTION Many serve as a ministerial servant but some feel inadequate. What is needed is both humility and a willingness to serve (Philipians 2:13; 1 Timothy 3: 12,) [/u] [li]Fruitage of the spirit[/li] [li]Study God's word[/li] [li]Zealously supporting kingdom message[/li] [li]Faithfully handle your assignments large or small[/li] [/ul] Can Christian wives help their husbands (see 1 Timothy 3:11)? Yes, by being "faithful in all things". If you have been reaching and not yet appointed, show a " waiting attitude" faithfully doing your part. CONCLUSION We can "never outgive Jehovah" so test Jehovah out and you can experience the joy of helping others (Malachi 3:10) 4. Reach out to be an ELDER(1 Timothy 3: 1, 2; Titus 1:9; 2:1) [Bible Reading - ]INTRODUCTION Our elders are "tired old men", tired of this system but still zealous and faithful. Elders need the help of others so brothers were encouraged to reach out spiritually. To "reach" means to stretch out, to extend yourself,, and if something of value was just out of reach, one would extend oneself, after all it is described not as a "fine position" but as a "fine work". Today there is a great need for shepherds to train and protect the congregation (1 Timothy 3: 1; 2; Titus 1:9; 2:1). - Learn to use God's word
- Build your spirituality
- Be sound in mind (sensible and discrete)(1 Timothy 3:2)
- Be orderly (clean, punctual Km 14 May
CONCLUSION Jehovah will no doubt use the elders to give life saving instructions during the tribulation and after Armageddon guidance.

5. Enroll as a pioneer (Psalm 34: 8; Mark 12: 30) [Bible Reading - ]INTRODUCTION Jehovah deserves all we can give him, we must be whole-souled in our service putting Him first in everything is the minimum requirement to please Jehovah. Some will need to overcome their own selfish desires to discipline ourselves to fulfill our commission(Mark 12:30; 1 Corinthians 9:17). The bible doesn't say Noah "enjoyed" building the ark, only that he "did just so" so if we have our hand on the door of pioneering we may have to "push through" and " taste and see that Jehovah" is good (Psalms 30:8). We must make the committment to walk through the "door" of opportunity in order to really tastle. STEPS TOWARDS PIONEERING - If we lack the desire, pray for it (Psalms 30:8)
- Take advantage of the 30-hour allowances as a "stepping stone" to greater privileges
- Try auxilary continuous service
- Take note of changes in circumstances, evaluate former decision to see if you can now enter the full time service
[/u] [li]gain Jehovah's approval [/li] [li]become more productive[/li] [li]Enjoy a good conscience (2 Tim 2:15) [/li][/ul] CONCLUSION There is no better place to be as this system ends than in the FT Service. Jehovah loves "impossible" situations, put Him to the test. 6. Attend the school for Kingdom Evangelizers (Isaiah 6:8;54:13) [Bible Reading - ]INTRODUCTION: In 2013 The BSSB + BSCC = SKE Now Full time ministers (including sisters) from 23 -65 can benefit for the SKE. CONCLUSION The main aim of the new school are: [1] to provide a theocratic education which is practical (not theoretical) to [2] To enable those that can be relocated to be sent where they are needed (Isaiah 54:13; 6:8). The theocratic education we recieve is the absolute best that can lead to the privilege of saying " here I am send me"

<< SONG #85: A Full Reward From Jehovah >>(Matthew 19:29)Jehovah is faithful and fully aware Of all those who serve him whole-souled. He knows there are times their devotion and zeal Result in their loss as foretold. If you have left houses or fam’ly or friends, Be sure that our God knows the sum. He makes it up now with our dear brotherhood And life in the new world to come. (CHORUS) May Jehovah, the God of comfort, see; May he provide a full reward for you. May you find refuge beneath his wings. Jehovah is faithful; Jehovah is true. 2. It may be by choice or by their lot in life; There are some who single remain. By seeking the Kingdom of God to the full, In godly devotion they gain. By making the room for their unwedded state, At times they are lonely, we know. As brothers and sisters to these faithful ones, Support and approval we show. (Chorus) (See also Judg. 11:38-40; Ruth 2:12; Matt. 19:12.) << [Bible Reading ]>>

How precious is the kingdom hope to you? Is it possible to maintain our kingdom hope without a struggle? What would you be willing to sacrifice in order to attain your reward from Jehovah?
INTRODUCTION At baptism we made a committment to serve Jehovah but this involved disowning our own pleasures, comforts and interests (Mark 8: 34-36) We must ask "What am I willing to give up now to assure my hope of everlasting life is sure?" Whatever it is it is Worth it! Indeed Jesus said "What, really, would a man give in exchange for his life?" Our spiritual survival at times means we take drastic action, removing something as dear to us as a "hand", "a foot" or "an eye" meaning we have to deaden or completely exterminate our old way of life ( Mark 9: 45-47 ; Col. 3.5) [1] MAIMED [Hand: "What we do"/ Activities] (Mark 9: 43-47) [Bible Reading - ...][/u] [li]Pastimes and activties[/li] [li]hobbies [/li] [li]Online/text flirtations [/li] [li]Sports & Entertainment [See life story of Henry Carr w76 7/15 p. 419][/li] [/ul] Jehovah is willing to help us and we have the excellent example of Jesus who was under pressure that turned his sweat to blood. What efforts are we willing to make? [2] LAME [ "Where we go"] (Mark 9: 46) [Bible Reading - ...]- Meditate on the real situation of worldly people [Asaph - Psalsm 73]
- Cultivate a deep Relationship with Jehovah
[3] ONE-EYED [ "What we view"] (Mark 9:47) [Bible Reading [...]Jesus was aware that the 40% of our brain's nerve endings are connected to the eyes and the powerful influence what we look at has on our desires (Example of Eve). So we need to stop viewing things that may distract us (Matthew 5:29). If we are viewing books, or internet we need to "get tough with ourselves". * Reading will not necessarily have a deep effect on us, ask yourself "how do I FEEL about what I read? What am I Learning about integrity? Letting our eyes effect our brain and thinking "are their any adjustments I need to make in my life". CONCLUSION Now is the time to make the necessary sacrifices. Good example of victor Nothing in this system is worth losing your life for, so fight (Romans 7.21-23)

INTRODUCTION Like first century Christians in ancient Rome that found themselves "enemies of the state", facing vicous persecution we today do not know when our Christian neutrality will be challenged (1 Cor 7: 31). Jesus clearly said his " kingdom was no part of the world" meaning it would not be established ruled through or allied with any human agency ( John 18: 35), like the Master our neutrality however will be challenged. What threats exist to our political neutrality? 1) Human governments are the Devils property and he (Satan) uses them to try and obtain that one act that will compromise our faith ( Luke 4: 5, 6, 7) 2) The political system is designed to draw us in to debate, we could easily be emotionally drawn towards on particular party or candidate (1 John 5:19) By lookinng intently at the chief agent and perfector of our faith. Jesus knew where to "draw the line" between " Cesars things" and that which belongs to God in all areas of life(Hebrews 12:2; Mark 12:17). There are five main areas where we must show caution: - World Rulership: Jesus never considered to improve the present system through political means, he was anticipate and prepare (Mat 4: 10)
- Kingship: Jesus refused to accept any offer to make him a king (John 6:15)
- Political debate: Jesus did not allow himself to be drawn in emotional to controversial political issues (Mat 22: 16, 17 )
- Military Service: As kingdom subjects we maintain our neutral position in national and international conflicts as kingdom subjects we take no sides(Matthew 26: 52)
- Social issues: While Jesus did provide physical aid his main work was preaching the kingdom since that was the only permenent solution to social problems (Luke 4:43)
Neutrality must be maintained in mind and heart? This is true in how we feel about controversial politica issues, international sports events (world cup, olympics) and criticism of our country of birth ( Proverbs 4:23) CONCLUSION Anticipate (neighbourhood issues, potential war, disaster) Expectation of support for our country or a cause may arise quicly. Be determined now to maintain neutrality in your heart so we can stand firm.

<< SONG #103: “From House to House” >>(Acts 20:20)1. From house to house, from door to door, Jehovah’s word we spread. From town to town, from farm to farm, Jehovah’s sheep are fed. This good news that God’s Kingdom rules, As Jesus Christ foretold, Is being preached throughout the earth By Christians young and old. 2. From house to house, from door to door, Salvation we proclaim. It comes to those who choose to call Upon Jehovah’s name. But how can they call on the name Of One they do not know? So to their houses and their doors, The sacred name must go. 3. So let us go from door to door To spread the Kingdom news. And whether it’s embraced or not, We’ll let the people choose. At least we’ll name Jehovah’s name, His glorious truth declare. And as we go from door to door, We’ll find his sheep are there. (See also Acts 2:21; Rom. 10:14.) << [Bible Reading ]>>
