9:40 SYMPOSIUM: HOW THEY SOWED AND REAPED PEACEINTTRODUCTION There are many principles that help us to pursue peace. Galatians explains "we reap what we sow" ; "the only way ro reap peace is'to sow it!" We will see bible examples of those who reaped peace after earlier Sowing it. Because of imperfection family life can become tense. Most are minor problems but it is still possible following major offenses. Joseph suffered mistreatment for 13 years but did not seek revenge he could do this because he let his sufferjng refine him rather than make him bitter (compare Psalm 105 verse 19). Trust you will reap good results in due time. DRAMATIZATION: Two brothers breakup over business difficulties 1. Be ready to forgive; let go of your'resentment 2. Don't dwell on the offense ( prov 17:9 ) 3. Ask Jehovah for help to let go and move on
