The Ninvites were a violent, sadistic people "war was their religion" Imagine Jonah's feeling being sent to such a people...{video clip #1 }. A human tendencynis to judge people on what we see and hear about them. We may concludenthat "not in a million years" will some change. Put "compassion into action" by preaching without prejudice. That is what some od us were are living proof of the pwer off Godss word and holy spirit. (Heb 12:4; Rom 10:16)
Most of us have unbelieving relatives. Jesus himself was in that situation , even at his death they were not there to support him. But that changed. HOW TO HELP UNBELIEVING RELATIVES
- Be patient. They were helped to change because Jesus proved patient despite their previously viewing him "out'of his mind"(Mark 3:21). Jesus did not take offense at gheir oast action.
- pay spevual attention: and made a special effort to pay James paid specual attention (1 Corinthians 15:7). James and Jude became Christians and responsible men in the truth (Act 15)

IN THIS SECTION: We will see why Jehovah loves those in different circumstances 11:00 SYMPOSIUM: SUCCESSFUL FIGHTERS FOR THE FAITH . . . INTRODUCTION: Jehovah has called "all sorts of people" into his family. We should try and think of those in various circumstances and reflect on how to show them our appreciation, love and support. Or, if we are in these circumstances, how we can endure. Eunice, had an unbeliving mate ( Acts 16:1). Some unbelievjng mates oppose, some are supportive and some have strayed from the truth. We never give up on unbeliving mates regardless of the circumstances
1. Follow good examples (Phil 3:17; 2:4) such ones have maintained a strong relationship with Jehovah and managed to balance family responsibilities with spiritual persutes.
- Show concern for their well being - Treat them with respect - Include them in our activities - Show interest in their mates (invitations )
VIDEO TESTIMONIES : Variius brothers and sisters who successfully maintained balance with unbelieving mates.
Rely on the wisdom and strength in Jehovah; Jehovah loves those who do things his way. Be patient and tactful, apply bible principlesand remain positive ( 1 Pet 3:1,2; 1 Cor 7:16) Jehovah is a "Father to the fatherless child". This refers to a young person with only one parent in the truth (Psalms 68:5). Many successful servants in the truth grew up under such circumstances. Timothy only had one parent who served Jehovah. Others , joinex Eunice and his grandmother encouraged Timothy.
Late 49 or early 50 CE Paul noticed and activley took the initative to train Timothy. At the end end of his earthly life Paul commended Timothy and Eunice and his grandmother (2 Timothy 1:5)
- offer specific sincere heartfelt commendation - include them in recreational activities
VIDEO TESTIMONY: Witnesses testify their challenges and victories.
Those raised by single parents do not have to be held back by their negative circumstances. Reach out and allow Jehovah to use you. Continue to appreciate your single parents.

Jehovah cherishes single Christians
1. How does Jehovah views single people. Our value to Jehovah is not measured by our marital status ( Mat 19:12) - see Watchtower 2012. Singleness may apport certain advantages although this is no basis to claim superiority
2. We should show our "mutual concern" or "be anxious" for our single brothers and sisters (1 Cor 12:25) Paul showed concern for Timothy and Timothy thrived. Putting ourselves in "Timothy's sandals", how he must have appreciated Pauls encouraging words and concern for his spiritual and physical welfare. (2 Tim)
Watchtower, August 2020
VIDEO DRAMATIZATION : The challenges faced by Rick, a single circuit overseer,
1. Set spiritual goals
2. Meditate on Gods promises Rom 4:20
3. Zealously share in the field ministry
4. Do not isolate yourself or minimizen your contribution to congrgational life
CONCLUSION Men and women of faith grew powerful in faith regardless of their circumstances and so will we ( Hebrews 11:34)

11:45 BAPTISM: Exercising Faith Means Everlasting Life! ( Matthew 17:20; John 3:16; Hebrews 11:6) Baptism is always a joyous occassion. Faith is yoyr trust and confidence in Jehovah and excerising is living in line with that confidence. You have taken the time and effort to build "the fire of your faith" but it must be sustained ( Mat 17:20).
a) Can you recall a time when you had "little faith"?
b) how did he benefit from strenthening your faith ?
VIDEO INTERVIEW #1: Interview a brother who at one time had "little faith" but who studied and built up his faith
VIDEO INTERVIEW #2: Interview with a brother faced with the question as to whether or not pursue further education. He was helped by personal study prjects and the good examples of the brothers
1. We can sustain our faith by
- read Gods word (Psalms 1: 1-3 ; Isaiah 30: 21)
Why behind not in front? Like parents walking behind their children who run ahead even if they do not knkw where they are going. [Schedule for bible reading]
- Meditating helps convert knowledge into feelings that drive our actions; it closes the gap between the two.
Ask yourself : what do I learn about Jehovah ? How does that make me feel about Jehovah ?
2. Exercise faith : demonstrating strong belief or faith by obeying (John 3:16;James 2:21-23).
- I will attend all meetings and assembies and conventions Hebrews 11:6
- I make decisions to put my field ministry first Rom 10:10
- I make pray for the strength to live by Jehovahs standards Mark 11:24
3. How will Jehovah reward our faith. Jeovah looks for our good actions (he deletes "the bad pictures" and keeps the good ones ). He wants to reward our faith (Hebrews 11:6) with everlasting life.
Dont follow your dreams', et Jehovah dream for you. He dreams BIGGER!

2:15 SYMPOSIUM: ENTER THE DOOR TO ACTIVITY IN FAITH . . . INTRODUCTION Jesus saw faith as people demonstrated their faith in actions(compare - Mark 2:2-5; James 2:26) Faith moves some to expand their ministry.
Zech 8:22, 23 speaks of those that respond to hearing the good news in their language. We can overcome our hesitancy in this area if we recognise Jehovah will help us ( Mat 17:20; Phil 2:13).
- use the language provisions provided by Gods organisation - consult with ovedseers to find where there is a need - worked hard to learn
VIDEO ENACTMENT : A couple find joy in new field
Many around the world are expressing their appreciation for such efforts.
Abraham accepted to move to a new land in his 70's and faed many challenges along the way (Hebrews 11:8-10; Gen 20:3-7). Jehovah will help need greaters.
- choose the location wisely and do suitable research ahead of time Luke 14:28
VIDEO ENACTMENT : Brother hesistated, afraid of the knowing; he finaly reasined who better to be in control of his life.

2:15 SYMPOSIUM: ENTER THE DOOR TO ACTIVITY IN FAITH . . .
We might not think our circumstances qualify us from reccieving rich blessings. Timothy and Paul were very different but he didnt let that create stumbling stines (2 Tim 3:10, 11). Timothy must have had concerns
- he was already serving in his home terrotory - uncedtainty as to the future climate, culture, health
BLZSSINGS - witness Jehovahs hand - reached his full potential VIDEO DRAMATIZATION Gabriel hesitates applying for SKA since he was happy in his present assignment ( Phil 4:13Make an informed decision with a guaranteed outcome.
Theocratic projects include kingdom hall construction, or assembly hall. We may have concerns about lack'of skills or leaving our jobs. Nehemiah must have had similar concerns but he didn't just hope someone did something, he took the inigiative, even though cupbearing had no relation to construction. He had faith Jehovha would either keep his job or pro idz something else.(Nehemiah 2:5)
VIDEO DRAMATIZATION Sarah resignes to participate in a construction project. Many real life experiences prove Jehovah never abandon those that fill out the A19 , DC50 forms.
In difficult economic times it is only natural to hold back because of limited funds. No doing so require faith.
Uncertainty our own future need - plan ahead, resolve on a certain amount 1 Corinthians 16:2
Jehovah values even small contributions
VIDEO DRAMATIZATION Couple look for ways tobe more generous. Paul spoke of a large door of activity. 3:15 SONG #84: Reaching Out ( Matthew 9:37, 38) and Announcements

“The righteous one may fall seven times, and he will get up again” - Proverbs 24:16Jude himself had been suffered the loss of his fleshly brother, but hus "hard fight" was against false brothers. The Christian congregation was not brought down by outright persecution but sneaky methods - APOSTACY Negative talk, critism online can be dangerous. It undermines'our faith and robs us'of our joy. Wd must "avoid them" Romans 16:17. We are blessed with good association. We are never too strong to be unaffected by poison.
